The scope of work for this Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District project focused on water intrusion from a failing roof system and store front windows on the 5-story building.

Work included:

• The replacement of the roof system

• Portions of the lightning protection system

• EIFS

• New mechanical systems & condensing units

• Glazing repairs

• Solar heating system

The work also included lead and asbestos abatement over the entire roofing system and exposed steel. The building was fully operational and occupied during construction.
