John has more than 25 years of experience in the federal, commercial, and residential construction industry. His experience includes all aspects of operations and management with a strong technical background in project and operations development, purchasing, estimating, contract administration and quality control.

Brian Nunan
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Brian has more than 35 years’ experience in the federal, commercial and residential construction and environmental services. As the operation manager, Brian oversees teams on Governmental projects throughout the United States. Over the last several years he has safely completed projects for the USACE, NAVFAC, Air Force, Department of Labor, Department of Veteran Affairs and GSA.

Chris Cook
CFO
Chris brings 25+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting and nearly 10 years in the construction industry. Chris is a CPA, holds an MBA from University of Washington, and a BS in Accounting from the University of Utah.

Paula Moroney -Wilkins
HR AND TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER
Paula brings 25+ years of HR and Talent Acquisition leadership experience in the defense, biotech, software, and telecom industries. She also has expertise in government compliance, business ethics, software implementation and configuration, and Cybersecurity. She holds a BS in Business and a Master’s in Instructional Technologies from SFSU.

Ashley Bent
OFFICE MANAGER
Ashley has been with AMES since 2012 and helped build much of AMES1’s internal infrastructure. She has in depth knowledge in most areas of AMES1’s business, including field work. Her main focus is contract administration (in-coming and out-going), but also utilizes her tremendous insight and knowledge to support other teams.

Andrea Mahler
PURCHASING MANAGER
Andrea has been with AMES 1, LLC since 2014. She loves to travel and spend time at trade shows and job sites. Andrea loves helping anywhere she is needed.
