Kevin Morton
PROJECT MANAGER
Kevin has over 30 years of construction experience with 30 of the years working on USACE, DOD and DOE projects. Have completed 2 union apprenticeship programs, carpentry and steam fitting. Specialize in design build renovation of high security facilities and large mechanical renovations. Been managing projects as a project manager/Senior Project manager for the past 16 years. Ranging in size from $500,000 to 50 million.

Michael Coomler
PROJECT MANAGER
Michael brings over 40 years of construction expertise, with significant experience across federal, DOD, DOE, GSA, and various state projects. For the past 20 years, he has focused on electrical work, including medium and high voltage, along with specialty projects. He possesses four master electrical contractor licenses, and his project highlights include the Fort Greely HEMP Switchgear design and installation, and the GSA Transformer replacement, which involved maneuvering a 45,000lb transformer through the sixth-story wall of a Federal Courthouse. As a Project Manager and Electrical Operations Manager, Michael's deep knowledge in electrical engineering is complemented by a BS in Construction Management.

Chad Munger
PROJECT MANAGER
Chad has over 20 years of experience in the federal, DOD, DOE, state, and residential construction. He has spent the last 10 years specializing in federal construction in Alaska at Eielson Air Force Base, Fort Greely, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, and the National Park Service. Most recently Chad has been the Project Manager for a Major build for the Custom and Border Patrol in Laredo, Texas.

Yvette Jordan
PROJECT MANAGER
Yvette has nearly 20 years of experience in the federal construction industry and 13 years as a project manager. She has managed federal construction projects between $1 Million up to $36 Million consisting of simultaneously to include small renovations, historic restorations, large ground-up multi-million dollar federal, state and commercial projects; a few projects include Concrete Repairs at the Pentagon, a $20 Million Dollar Relocatable Building at Fort Meade and DIA Module C5 High-Security SCIF Office Upgrade. Yvette also holds a BA and a Master’s degree in Administration.

Charles Erwin
PROJECT MANAGER
Charles has over 35 years of experience in commercial, state and federal construction industries. He has completed numerous projects for the DOL, Airforce, Veterans Affairs, Army Corps, NAVAC, USACE, DOD, and GSA. Charles’ Project Management expertise includes Vertical construction, CQM, Safety, Estimating, Contracts, and even Network and Computer Systems Administration.

Dwayne Eitel
PROJECT MANAGER
Dwayne has over 8 years of federal construction experience as a project engineer, assistant project manager, and a project manager. He has completed a multitude of government projects for the DOL, USACE, NAVFAC, Air National Guard, and the DoD. Prior to this he was a sales associate for millwork, window and door packages for custom high-end residential homes and light commercial projects. Dwayne holds a BS in Construction Management with a minor in Business Law, plus has an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Technology.
