The scope of work for this design assist project encompassed the renovation of all interior hallways and bathrooms in the owner occupied 85,200 sq. ft. headquarters for the Alaska District Army Corps of Engineers on Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson.

The work included:

• Bathrooms & hallways upgrades

• Lightning & wiring upgraded to high efficiency LED fixtures in halls, stairs, and bathrooms

• ADA accessibility compliant water closets, lavatories, locker, and shower facilities according to IPC Code 2015.

• Roofing, framing, plumbing, heating & air, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement
