The scope of work for this design-build civil project included the repair of the current administrative septic field as well as an additional overflow septic field for the Wilmington District Army Corps of Engineers on Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point (MOTSP).

• Design and construction of the new septic drain field included

• Pump station & waterproof pimp house

• Septic tanks

• Pipping (including cast iron sewage collection pipe)

• Controls

• Alarms

• Manholes

• Perimeter fencing 

The proposed site involved protection of the red-cockaded woodpecker habitat.
