Naval Air Station Corpus Christi awarded a $2.3 million Design-Build (D-B) for new cooling towers, condenser water system, make-up water system, chilled water system, chemical treatment system, dampers and general repairs and upgrades to existing chillers, cooling towers, BACnet automation and controls, testing and balancing, and commissioning. The work required providing emergency 300-ton temporary chillers due to the system outage prior to award. Building H100 is the active Medical and Dental Clinic on base.
