The scope of work included exterior renovations at the Tobyhanna Army Depot to increase the R-value of the exterior walls in the harsh cold climate.

Work included:

• Removing existing doors, frames, and overhead rollup doors

• Removing exterior doors with asbestos.

• Installing new doors.

• Exterior Insulation Finish System (EIFS) over a variety of substrates to the exterior of the buildings.

• New pedestrian canopies.

• Additional work included building survey, masonry and concrete, painting, structural steel, landscaping, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical.
