The interior and exterior renovation work included:

• Replacement of the stucco and EIFS finished with EIFS

• Demolition and reconstruction/enclosure of the loading dock at Bay 2, including HVAC, fire protection, power, and lighting

• Removal of the ABA entrance barrier by providing a pedestrian ramp

• Addition of a new roof at the Administrative area and Docks 2 and 4

• Replacement of the lighting in the warehouse areas

• Renovation of the Bay 3 Administrative area, including new HVAC, electrical, interior finishes, and reconfiguration of interior walls

• Replacement of the fire suppression system to accommodate Group A Plastics, including a new fire pump room at loading dock 2 for increased water supply requirements

• Installation of a new Public Address (PAVIS) system.
