This General Services Administration Fixed Price with IDIQ contract includes the general operations and maintenance of the Petersburg Federal Building. The consists of all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, management, training/certifications, collection and sorting of refuse, recycling, and bulk trash pick-up, and services.

A solid-waste/trash reduction and recycling management program, which is part of providing standard services, includes identifying and properly segregating all recyclable materials, composting materials, and Universal Wastes.

Exterior Janitorial Services includes snow removal requirements which are removing snow and ice from the parking lots, sidewalks, and entrances as required under a Service Order. It also requires annual cleaning, power washing, and sealing the exterior of the building. It also includes some aspects of beautification projects.

Also implemented is a green purchasing plan for all products, processes, and equipment, that fully supports our green cleaning plan. We also support the requirements for annual carpet cleaning and window cleaning and all other custodian or janitorial service orders.
