The Memphis District, USACE awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement to perform environmental cleaning and disinfection of the multiple buildings located within the following cities Anchorage, Alaska; Elaine, Arkansas; Mariana, Arkansas; Buffalo, New York; Galveston, Texas; Memphis, Tennessee; Millington, Tennessee; Norfolk, Virginia; Rock Island, Illinois; Vicksburg, Mississippi; Walla Walla, Washington, and Alexandria, Virginia.

The scope required cleaning by EPA approved disinfectants to clean and wipe all nonporous surfaces in one direction to ensure viruses associated with COVID-19 are destroyed. It also included the cleaning of HVAC systems.
