The New York District, USACE awarded a standalone contract for services to perform Environmental Cleaning and Disinfection after a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 in a USACE facility located in West Point, NY. The agreement required a response within 72 hours.

Cleaning and disinfecting services were provided in accordance with guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for rooms or common areas where individuals with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 have visited or worked. It is aimed at limiting the survival of novel coronavirus in critical environments.
