This project provides for a portion of a larger project to repair or replace the entire electrical distribution system on the Thorne Bay Ranger District administrative compound in Thorne Bay, Alaska. The purpose of the overall project is to bring this system into compliance with AP&T electric utility standards with the objective of eventual transference of the system to AP&T.
