The scope of work with the GSA required bid build services to remove the current underground Fuel Storage Tank (UST) and the surrounding soil tested for fuel and contamination and remediated. A temporary AST was installed to supply Fuel for the Emergency Generator for the duration of the project from initial disconnect to final operational acceptance. A new concrete lined vault was then installed in the vacant cavity left from the removal of the existing UST.
