Phase I of the Customs and Border Protection project scope of work included a new construction of 14,235 sq ft Administrative Operations Building at the Laredo International Airport in Laredo, TX.

Phase 2 is a 31,550 sq ft maintenance hangar, a 16,900 sq ft storage hanger, a 70,000 sq ft aircraft parking apron and ramp, an exterior aircraft wash rack, 100+ vehicle parking lot, a storage canopy, hazardous material storage, with enhanced site lighting, and security fencing and entry control done in phasing.

The work is being coordinated with CBP, FAA, TSA, and LRD agencies. The new 8.32 acres of undeveloped land require city permitting with complete site clearing/grubbing, site development, utilities and infrastructure, footings, foundation, Pre-engineered Metal Building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression and alarm, drywall, paint, and finishes.
