We were contracted to complete the Build Out of the Historic Old Dixie Brewery Building located on the New Orleans VA Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.  The project included Task Orders to complete repairs to the Main Boilers and Chiller Plant.

The work included services for:

• Electrical (high & low voltage)

• Mechanical

• Plumbing

• Framing

• Carpentry

• Spray foam insulation

• Drywall

• Painting

• Flooring installation

Exterior work includes concrete curbs, sidewalks, and installation of a Granite Bollard System for Physical Security of the structure. We are also performing commissioning before the turn over to the Government.
