The Alaska District, USACE awarded the contract for EIE432 to include Construction of an Aircraft Maintenance Unit (AMU) Administration Facility, utilizing conventional construction methods to accommodate the mission of the facility.

The facility includes a pile foundation, pre-engineered steel frame, batt insulation, metal siding, and standing seam metal roof. The contract includes special foundations for arctic conditions.

The facility construction withstands wind loads and seismic effects.
